Acquires Ed-Tech Company Blinkist





Queensland-based ed-tech company Go1 has made its second acquisition of the year by acquiring mobile learning app Blinkist, expanding its platform's audience and accessibility.

Although the acquisition price was undisclosed, Go1 says the deal broadens its appeal to users seeking to learn new skills and access business and self-improvement content on demand.

The core driver of this acquisition is the push into mobile learning. Go1 co-founder and co-CEO Andrew Barnes stated that last year, Go1 achieved "double unicorn" status after raising $100 million in June.

“The combination of Go1 and Blinkist offers a unique experience in the corporate learning market: ongoing learning that serves professional goals and is personally engaging,” Barnes said.
