Changes Effective from July 1, 2024!

Attention migration agents and international students! Here are the key updates effective from July 1, 2024:

1. Federal Court and Tribunal Fee Increases

AAT application fees will increase to $3496

Protection visa application fees will rise to $2151

2. Changes to Visa Conditions

457, 482, 494 visa holders will have more time to find a new sponsor or apply for a different visa, up to 180 days

3. No More Free Translating Services for Student Visas

From July 1, 2024, student visa subclass 500 will no longer be eligible for the Free Translation Service
