1. Changes to Partner and Prospective Partner Visas

New family violence and death exemptions, no longer requiring applicants to be in Australia at the time of decision

3. Legacy 457 Worker Age Exemptionsa Changes

Renamed to "Post-Higher Education Work Stream," age limit reduced to 35 years

4. Legacy 457 Worker Age Exemption

457 visa holders must apply for a Subclass 186 visa by June 30 to use the age exemption
